Hello World!
Hello! My name is Karina Ponce. I’m a graphic designer from New York currently working at Hearst Magazines as a Designer on their Consumer Marketing Team. Before my time at Hearst, I enjoyed (and still do enjoy) freelancing in motion, branding, and editorial for a change of work. I have always had a curious mind and an interest in the arts since I can remember. I was the one always at the painting station in Kindergarten! I’m open to a variety of design interests, but at the moment, I’ve really been drawn to typography, information design, color theory, and experimental typography. My biggest passion may be design, but, in my spare time my side hobbies include hand sketching (To get off the screen now and then), practicing piano (My brother studied classical music so it's inevitable!) or watching videos on social of hamsters stuffing their cheek pouches!
